Natasha’s visually stimulating work, explores the feminine form within themes of nature, fantasy, spirituality, and empowerment. She considers herself an exploratory artist, often experimenting with different techniques, themes, and mediums.
Encouraged as a child to cultivate her natural aptitude for art, Natasha’s vast skillset includes printmaking, batik, ceramics, sculpture, jewelry making, stone setting, figure drawing and painting. In 2015 she successfully launched her artisanal jewelry line “Sundara” which featured handmade nature-inspired pieces. The brand became an established name across the country and garnered regional attention within the Caribbean. At the end of 2019 Natasha felt like a new direction was on the horizon, having had a career in graphic design, digital art, illustration, and abstract art. When the world locked down in 2020, she decided to try her hand at painting. On a whim, she decided to try working in oils for the first time and discovered her medium. She dove back into her passion for portraiture and has been painting professionally ever since.
